We are happy to announce that the panel of judges consisting of Jelka Stergel, Polona Juh, Viva Videnovi\u0107, Du\u0161an Milavec, and Boris Petkovi\u010d and the chair decided to give the 2022 Badjura Award to <strong>film and theatre actress Milena Zupan\u010di\u010d<\/strong>, one of the best-known figures in the contemporary Slovenian cinema and television landscape and one of the stars of former Yugoslavia. Her roles as Meta Prese\u010dnik in <em>Blossoms in Autumn<\/em> (1973) and Ms \u017da\u0161ler in <em>The Widowhood of Karolina \u017da\u0161ler<\/em> (1976), both also directed by Klop\u010di\u010d, etched Milena Zupan\u010di\u010d\u2019s name in the Slovenian collective psyche. In more than five decades of appearances on film and TV screens, Zupan\u010di\u010d has been cast in <strong>more than 80 roles<\/strong>, winning dozens of awards.
