The Pannonian Sea has receded, giving way to cornfields. Against the backdrop of the evening sky above a vast plain, we can see the inner landscapes of endless wastelands, lonely people, tamed lands, peaceful rivers, and common coexistence. This is both an intimate portrait of the filmmaker, Marko Cvejić, and a subtle depiction of his relationship with the landscape that has shaped him as an artist.
